MADISON, Wis.--University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women s cross country s Lucy Ramquist has been named the 2015 Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Year, while head coach Dan Schwamberger has been selected the Men s Cross Coach of the Year, based on voting conducted by the league coaches.
